Abstract: X70 SAWH steel pipe is used mainly for long-distance and high-pressure oil and natural gas pipelines. It has a series of characteristics, such as high efficiency, good economic performance, high toughness, strong weldability, good stability, safety and reliability, and a long service life. The specifications range from 610mm to 1067mm for outside diameter and from 7. 9mm to 17. 5mm for wall thickness. It adopts the low-stress spiral forming technology. The finished steel pipe has low residual stress and excellent lowtemperature Charpy impact toughness. X70 SAWH steel pipe has independent intellectual property right and reaches the world’s advanced level. A total of 129,400 tons of the steel pipe has been sold in recent three years, the highest amount of steel pipe currently used in the oil and gas pipeline projects both at home and abroad.

摘要： X70 钢级螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管主要应用于石油、天然气长距离、高压输送管道建设, 具有高效、经济、强韧 性好、可焊接性强、性能稳定、安全可靠、使用寿命长等特点。产品规格范围为管径610 ~ 1067mm、壁厚7. 9 ~ 17. 5mm; 采用低应力螺旋成型技术, 制管后钢管残余应力低, 低温夏比冲击韧性优异, 具有自主知识产权, 整体性能 达到国际先进水平。近3 年实现销售量12. 94×104t, 是目前国内外工程应用量较大的钢管。
